Role Definition:
Corporate Trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives at GOEX Transport. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future leaders, often in particular fields, such as Sales and Marketing, T&E, Vendor Management, Finance and Accounting, etc.

Program Structure:
One-year duration to graduate including 3 indicative job rotations. Note that these are indicative plans, and they can be adjusted along the course to best fit the Trainee’s developments.

• 1st rotation (4 months): Transition and Execution (T&E)
• 2nd rotation (4 months): Vendor Management and Pricing (VGMT&P)
• 3rd rotation (4 months): To Be Confirmed (TBC)

Program Brief:

Corporate Trainee is expected to be:

• Experiencing work across different departments and acquiring different perspectives
• Exercising and continuously learning to improve skill sets by supporting managers/directors across functions with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting, etc.)
• Gaining valuable experience in some leading roles with advancement potential.

During your traineeship, you will help and learn from company leaders on how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You should be able to get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you will support our management team with daily tasks. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills, effective communication and most importantly, open mind to explore and learn new knowledge - are crucial qualifications you should have.

Upon graduation, you should be understanding how a company operates holistically and ready to take on more senior roles within the organization.
