Recruitment

A. Procurement Functions:
 Coordinate and manage the procurement of transportation services, logistics 
and other services required for the shipments. 
 Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure competitive 
pricing, favourable terms and conditions. 
 Conduct regular market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, 
ensuring cost-effective and reliable partnerships. 
 Ensure timely delivery of quotation and services, adhering to budget and 
schedule constraints. 
 Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and manage service 
levels to ensure quotation efficiency. 
 Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective 
actions when necessary to maintain qualified service.  

B. Key Client Operations:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their 
specific transportation needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. 
 Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, 
providing updates, and resolving any issues related to the services.  
 Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients, 
including pricing, scheduling, and logistics support if needed. 
 Coordinate with overseas partners and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, 
and efficient delivery of services. 
 Prepare and present regular reports on key client accounts for service review, 
identifying areas for improvement and ensuring service delivery aligns with 
client expectations. 
 Ensure client-specific contracts, service agreements, and operational 
guidelines are followed. 

C. Key Client Operations:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their

QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a 
related field (preferred). 
 Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a related 
operations role, preferably in the transportation or forwarding industry. 
 Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with 
suppliers, vendors, and clients. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage 
multiple stakeholders and resolve issues promptly. 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/systems. 
 Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing 
priorities.
