A. Procurement Functions:
Coordinate and manage the procurement of transportation services, logistics
and other services required for the shipments.
Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure competitive
pricing, favourable terms and conditions.
Conduct regular market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers,
ensuring cost-effective and reliable partnerships.
Ensure timely delivery of quotation and services, adhering to budget and
schedule constraints.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and manage service
levels to ensure quotation efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective
actions when necessary to maintain qualified service.
B. Key Client Operations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their
specific transportation needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries,
providing updates, and resolving any issues related to the services.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients,
including pricing, scheduling, and logistics support if needed.
Coordinate with overseas partners and vendors to ensure timely, accurate,
and efficient delivery of services.
Prepare and present regular reports on key client accounts for service review,
identifying areas for improvement and ensuring service delivery aligns with
client expectations.
Ensure client-specific contracts, service agreements, and operational
guidelines are followed.
C. Key Client Operations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a
related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a related
operations role, preferably in the transportation or forwarding industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with
suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing
priorities.
