General Duties:

Responsibilities may include any/all of the below: 

• Optimize procurement processes, mindset and drive cost savings 
• Negotiation with suppliers on pricing and all commercial terms and prepare award recommendation and contract sign off etc. 
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased costs, delivery, product quality or performance. 
• Evaluate suppliers’ performance and implement continuous improvement 
• Identify and qualify new suppliers, products, and services that meet customer needs 
• Provide advice to stakeholders regarding procurement procedures and best practices for purchasing activities 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers

Expected Qualifications: 

• MUST have entrepreneurship mindset. Building-blocks work is expected. 
• Basic English for writing and speaking skills. 
• Fresh graduates & less than 1 year's experience are welcome to apply. 
• International Trade and Incoterms – Imports & Exports knowledge; 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-task skills. 
• Forward thinking, positive / ‘Can do’ attitude, result oriented. 2 
• Open for suggestion and willing to share, professionalism and friendliness. 
• Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate records.
